Please help point of view for this story. im stuck!!HELP!?

So im writing a book, and im about 70 pages into it. ive been writing in third person limited the whole story, but i have gotten to a part where the main character is not conscious, but i want to include the doctor talking to the parents and family while shes not awake, but how can i? i mean isnt third person where everything must be experienced by the main character? if i wrote what was going on in the same room as the girl in the coma, but she technically wasnt experiencing it, would it no longer be third person limited, but now third person omnicient? please help im so confused! i emailed my creative writing teacher but i dont know how often she checks it and i am really in the mood to write!!
