How can I split a song on iTunes?

I have a song, Affliction by AFI, and it contains two tracks in it. The first three quarters of it is Affliction, and the rest is Then I'll Be Home. I want to split it into two songs so that it isn't the way that it came because I just solved the Decemberunderground mystery, and Then I'll Be Home is one of the songs. Can anyone help me?
