How do I know my cat is dying?

She has been vomiting, shes loss a lot of weight and is bony, she barely eats or drinks anything and is hiding all the time. I try calling her sometimes but she doesn't respond. And today i picked her up and placed her on the ground and she just kinds fell forward instead of just standing on her feet. Oh and shes about 10 years old.
