Isnt it illegal for Burlington Coat Factory & other stores like TJ Maxx, Marshall etc to sell fake handbags?

Yeah its illegal but it might just be a defective handbag. bigger companies sell their surplus to bcf and tj maxx etc. That might have been a defective handbag that u bought and it could still be real. Either way take it back and exchange it or refund it
