Are there men who are really nice and honarable all the time and can I be like that?

I ask cause I admit i not even close to an being an angel, I watched my fisrt at 12, hit my sister all the time around my early teens and started using weed and drinking from 19-23 and now at 26 I had to move back home after i lost my job but I sometimes i see these guys you know that everyone thinks are "really nice kid, well mannered, educated, polite" and they seem it all the time too and nobody treats them bad and stuff, are they really that special and at 26 with a bad rep in my family and among my friends can I become that person.
