5month old cries more than hes happy?

My 5month cries about 80% of the day. He did have colic and also acid reflux, he is taking medicine for that (for about a month and 1/2), it seemed to help. But the past few days hes been really fussy, he may be teething but teething rings and oragel dont seem to help ( so im thinking thats not it) we have been introducing foods but he has not had any adverse symptoms. He is sleeping pretty good at night, and taking 3 naps during day...... SO does anyone have any suggestions or maybe know whats going on with him? Im thinking I may schedule a dr apt.
