Is he foolin wit me?

okay there is this guy, that liked me since freshman year and im a senior now. well we was best friends the summer b4 i liked hi so much and i thoguh he didnt and then i went on a pity date wit this other guy and he got mad @ me and stopped talkin to me. wehn i asked y he was mad @ me, he said he liked me and i never went out wit him....i mean he asked me out but i though we was jst playin...we joke a lot. and then one day he went out wit this other gurl and then the next day i went out wit mii other friend..he asked me out. then we broke up shortly. then for a whoole damn year i got jeloius of the other gurl. now he graduated and moved to kansas and now he come back adn he starts sayin i like u, i think im in love wit u, he started sayin stuff like dat and then he doesnt even take the effort to c me. the sad part is..he lives like ten blocks away adn he stayed a month here. i dont knw if i should believe him.. i mean he left me crazii for him last year.
