How do you feel about the following comments on Muslim women and the hijab?

IMO, a culture that forces women to be totally covered creates just as much of a hyper ually charged environment as one where women dress very scantily. In both cases, is made to be a dominant aspect of day to day human interaction between men and women, when it really shouldn't be.
