Help Fable 3, I have 3 problems, 1 how do I get the quest to build the bridge to driftwood, im ruler and still?

Don't have it, 2 where is the dark sanctum, I've checked every corner of morning wood and it's not there, is there some sort of trigger or quest and 3 I have the understone pack and the wheel of misfortune has a quest marker but no way of spinning it, please help.
