Which 3D (3ds max, Maya, Form Z, Vizmax, Sketch Up, Rhino) is more useful in interior design?

I use Autocad now but these 3d softwares add more effects to my subjects. I have only seen 3ds Max and Maya in bookstores' manuals and the rest I only hear from other designers. Which one is for of the "all-around" and flexible? Or at least I have to learn first.. I know there are differences in renderings and animation between Maya and Max - as I browsed through the net, but the rest, I can't find much where people talk about them.. What are they?
