Net intelligence sucks can some help me get off my laptop?

i just got a laptop of my social worker and it go a child lock on it i was ok with that but it now Driving me crazy i cant go on face book but i can get pic of naked men and women i cant go on games but i can go on you get the gist of what im saying i told my social work and she said she cant do anny thing about it im 17 no3 years old can some one help me get it off
