Help me regarding making of caste certificate in Howrah, West Bengal.?

go to the information department of West Bengal government and see the list of caste included in the OBC category in west bengal.If the caste to which yu belong of Bihar is included in it, yu can apply and make an application to the Tashildar in Howrah and get it done from that office.if not yu can get it from yu native bihar through yu friend or relative.
